This spacious 3 bedroom home just a 10 blocks from the beach and lake. In the Winter months, there are five World Class Ski Resorts about 20 minutes away. (Close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Homewood and Heavenly Valley Ski Areas).

In the Summer and Fall, you can rent kayaks or canoes in town or just enjoy the sunny shores of the Truckee River. Walk to the Homewood Marina for the Boat Show. The North Shore Casinos are about a 10 minute drive.  Back at home the driveway basketball net is always fun way to unwind after a long day. Or enjoy the large front deck's dart board before settling on the deck for that sensational barbeque you've prepared.

Warm up after a full day of skiing by the natural stone open hearth fireplace in the family room. Chefs will enjoy the new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the new kitchen. The all gas fireplace will be one and we will have the heat and lights on for a welcome winter arrival.  There is a 2 car garage and driveway room for 2 more cars.
